Traditional Hard Cider
Traditional Cider would be fermented through juice of apples locally sourced from a small family farm. Its alcohol content is between 6-7% alcohol by volume.
Seasonal Flavored Hard Cider(s)
Cider would be fermented through juice of apples locally sourced from a small family farm, along with seasonal flavors such as cherry, strawberry, mango, peach, pineapple, watermelon, raspberry, pineapple colada, pumpkin spice, caramel apple and orange.
Non-Alcoholic Craft Cider
Non-alcoholic craft cider is produced utilizing much of the same process as hard cider, without the alcohol content. Fizzy and tart, non-alcoholic craft cider is similar to popular retail brand Martinelli’s but with greater depth of flavor.

Hannah Ferguson is a home winemaker and former assistant brewer in Ohio. Her company is the first black, female-owned cidery in Ohio. With over 10 Years of Wine and Cider experience, Hannah brings a new and fresh outlook on specialty made ciders and wines to the Youngstown area.
